Placement: Amnaya Resort & Grandmas Hotels
Job Descriptions:
Work closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests, such as arranging transportation, booking reservations, or providing additional amenities.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly and professional demeanor throughout their stay.
Ensure the lobby and public areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
Requirement:
Maximum 35 years old
Minimum education Diploma I related major.
Have a year of experience in the same position.
Have strong leadership, and skills to speak English.
Hands-on team player with a positive attitude, hard worker, and discipline.
Proactive and willing to take on challenges.
Able to join immediately.
