Job Summary
The Guest Service Agent in a Wellness Centre is responsible for delivering warm, attentive, and professional service to guests from the moment they arrive until they complete their wellness experience. This role involves welcoming guests, providing basic guidance on wellness and spa services, managing treatment reservations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring guests feel relaxed, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout their visit. The Guest Service Agent also helps maintain a calm, clean, and wellness-focused environment, supporting a seamless and rejuvenating guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism, upholding the wellness centre’s service standards.
- Provide clear and informative explanations of available wellness, spa treatments, and service packages.
- Manage treatment bookings, schedule changes, confirmations, and guest inquiries.
- Assist guests with registration prior to treatment and explain any necessary procedures.
- Respond to questions regarding services, products, and facilities in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
- Coordinate with therapists, instructors, and operational staff to ensure smooth appointment flow.
- Handle payments, product sales, and related administrative tasks accurately.
- Maintain a tidy, calm, and inviting front desk and lounge area.
