We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in a role titled Guest Relations Officer. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests upon arrival, managing guest inquiries and feedback, maintaining communication between departments, and supporting the overall guest experience. The role also involves handling reservations, processing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring that all guest interactions reflect the high standards of Tavern Group. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this position.

We are looking for a female candidate with an SMA/SMK education level who has between 1 and 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, experience in customer relationship management, and excellent communication abilities. While prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, we are open to motivated individuals who demonstrate a willingness to learn and contribute to a friendly and professional work environment.
