- Minimum 1 year of experience as GRO, Host/Hostess, Frontliner, or similar position in F&B/Hospitality.

- Well-groomed, confident, friendly, and customer-oriented.
- Able to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong service mindset with attention to detail.
- Willing to work shifting, weekends, and public holidays.
