Job description for Guest Relation / Host Restaurant at PT Pancious Tirta Jaya
PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya, an expanding and leading casual dining restaurant in Jakarta is looking for highly motivated and experienced Host / Guest Relation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining a warm and professional restaurant atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Manage guest reservations and waiting lists efficiently
- Guide guests to their tables and provide menus
- Ensure guests feel comfortable and attended to throughout their visit
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with servers and restaurant staff to optimize table arrangements and guest flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area
- Provide accurate information regarding menu items, promotions, and restaurant policies
- Assist in creating a positive dining experience for all guests
Qualifications:
- High school, diploma or equivalent
- Min. 1 year of experience working as a Host, Guest Relation, Receptionist, Greeter, Restaurant Staff, Front Office Staff, or similar position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills
- Responsible, proactive, and trustworthy
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
