Job description for Guest Experience Ambassador at The Italian Alliance Pte. Ltd.
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant with a warm welcome and escort them to their seats
- Build relationships with guests by engaging in friendly conversation and anticipating their needs
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure that orders are communicated to the kitchen and bar promptly and accurately.
- Ensure the restaurant areas are clean and well presented at all times and assist with cleaning and housekeeping dutes as required.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed their expectations
- Ensure all front of house and guest areas are maintained at all times.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless dining experience for guests
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and attention to detail
