Job descriptions:
- Support ads operations and campaign setup execution
- Assist with content and marketing asset uploads across platforms
- Maintain CRM systems and marketing databases
- Support data administration, reporting, and performance tracking
- Assist in operational and execution-related growth marketing tasks for HEI Schools Indonesia & LILLIPODS Preschool Indonesia
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or final-year students with no active classes from Information Systems, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields
- Detail-oriented and well-organized in handling administrative and operational tasks
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and digital platforms
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn about education, marketing operations, and growth strategy
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ads platforms, or data reporting tools will be a plus
- Available to join ASAP
Additional Information:
- Candidates who still have academic credits (SKS) remaining are welcome to apply, but must inform us in advance about the arrangement between internship and university schedules.
- The internship is paid and requires a minimum commitment of 3 months.
