Job description for Growth Marketing Executive Fashion Start Up at Savvy Commune Pte Ltd
Introduction
Smthgood is a sustainable fashion start up that is targeting to launch third quarter 2022. We have two key expressions in our web & mobile app: An e-commerce sustainable fashion marketplace and a Lookbook tool for fashion styling.
We are looking to hire a Growth Marketing Executive with strong strategic and creative acumen to be part of our pioneer team. As a pioneer team member, you will be working closely with the CEO in a hands-on manner to create and manage our integrated marketing strategy (particularly in digital marketing), run successful campaigns and leverage marketing to create revenue channels. Critically, you have the opportunity to be entrepreneurial and inject your business sense, working towards our successful launch and beyond.
There is potential for this role to evolve into a larger managerial role.
Key role and responsibilities
The core KPIs are a) achieve as many downloads and active users on our platform when we launch, b) increase Lookbook activities and c) increase marketplace sales. Our Marketing Executive needs to:
· Assist to synthesize our existing Marketing Enablers (See below “Smthgood’s Current Marketing Enablers”) in order to strategize and execute our prelaunch, official launch and post launch marketing strategies, including activation
· Focus on digital and social media marketing (paid and non-paid marketing), email marketing and influence marketing to formulate a mix of ongoing and promotional campaigns
· Assist in creating optimal content strategy and build compelling content such as social media posts, short videos, email copy, to support the above marketing channels
· Track marketing performance with the goal of continual optimisation of our marketing channels
· Manage mobile and web app, landing page and social media content including community management and social listening
Who we are looking for
· 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in strategic, digital and growth marketing, with demonstrated business problem solving skills (compensation to commensurate with experience)
· A big plus if you have experience in start-up particularly in B2C related businesses, and/or experience in marketplace or e commerce companies
· Proven track records on driving sales on E-commerce platforms
· Proficient in Google Adword, Google Display Network, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics
· Someone who is creative, entrepreneurial, a multi tasker and keeps up to date on marketing best practices, particularly on social media
· A strong team player who can also work independently and take leadership initiatives
· Someone thrives in freedom to express and execute ideas within a flat hierarchy
· Comfortable in a lean start-up environment where resources are limited
· A person with integrity and empathy

About smthgood
Smthgood is a fashion startup, a new home for conscious fashion in the form of a social commerce mobile and web app, built for meaningful engagement with users. Our initial target audience are social media savvy women.
We bring sustainable, fashionable brands from Asia Pacific to not just conscious shoppers but also those who have a curiosity for sustainable fashion. Brands in the marketplace will generally be more independent in nature from Asia Pacific. We are aiming an official launch in 3Q 2022.

1. E commerce Market
Our focus will be sustainable and stylish women fashion & women accessories
· We champion sustainable and stylish brands from Asia Pacific
· Marketplace listings support the creation of Lookbooks, as explained below
2.Lookbooks and Lookbook Editor
· Lookbooks are gamified fashion collages that a user can put together from items in our marketplace and earn cashback
· Our Lookbook Editor includes tools (e.g. GIFs, background, borders, background removal, stickers etc) and templates to help users create a style they like that they can then post on our platform or other social media to get incentives
· Each Lookbook is shoppable and a mini storefront for the creators. Creators get rewarded with cash back to use on our platform when other users buy smthgood items from their Lookbooks. Creators can simply create and earn, no purchases needed
Smthgood Current Marketing Enablers
· We have a creative and ad agency that has developed our branding and identity, app UI and will be taking care of the launch campaign including the creative asset development
· We have also worked with a fashion lifestyle strategist to develop a first cut of a Brand Marketing Strategy that includes Brand Positioning, DNA, Brand Content Pillar, Content and Campaign Suggestion and Campaign Calendar Suggestion
· Our landing page for pre-launch will be live mid to late May that we will evolve into a landing page for post launch.
