Job description for Growth Intern - Glints Future Leaders Programme (GFLP) at Glints
At Glints, we are building the #1 tech-enabled recruitment and career discovery platform in Southeast Asia that helps people and organizations realize their human potential. Join the Glints Future Leaders Programme (GFLP) - a structured internship designed to develop high-potential students into the next generation of regional leaders in the talent platform and HR tech industry.
We are looking for a Growth Intern to join our Growth team, to support high-impact initiatives across monetisation, product, analytics, and customer experience - and help Glints scale its impact across Southeast Asia.
What You'll Be Doing
- Monetisation: Support the design and analysis of pricing experiments, self-serve conversion funnels, and purchase journey optimisation to grow Glints revenue.
- Customer Experience: Analyse end-to-end candidate and employer journeys to identify friction points, surface key drop-off patterns, and propose data-backed improvements that drive engagement and retention.
- Analytics and Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards, write SQL queries against Glints data warehouse, and create weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership review.
- Product Management Support: Collaborate with Product Managers to scope features, draft product requirement documents, conduct user interviews, and synthesise findings into actionable recommendations.
- Growth Experiments: Assist in designing and tracking A/B tests and growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention levers on the Glints platform.
- Cross-Functional Projects: Work alongside teams in Sales, Marketing, Data, and Engineering to deliver end-to-end growth initiatives - from ideation through to execution and impact measurement.
- Competitive Intelligence: Research market trends, benchmark against competitors in Southeast Asia, and present insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
Who We Are Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset - comfortable working with data, drawing insights, and presenting them clearly to stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in SQL or willingness to learn
- Exposure to or genuine interest in product thinking, user research, or growth frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to structure and present ideas clearly.
- Highly resourceful and self-driven - able to navigate ambiguity, take ownership of tasks, and follow through independently.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Why You Should Join Us
- Regional Exposure: Be immersed in our Southeast Asia talent ecosystem - from Discovery Week to cross-functional regional projects, you will collaborate with teams and stakeholders across Singapore, Indonesia, and beyond.
- Guided Mentorship: Every GFLP intern is paired with a Hiring Manager (Mentor) for professional growth and a Team Buddy for social integration within the assigned department.
- High-Stakes Projects: Work on a key project independently or as a team to solve a real business problem with potential for implementation.
- Leadership Access: Gathering and sharing sessions with our key leaders, founders, and CEO - and participation in key business review meetings.
- Post-Internship Recognition: At the end of your internship, you will present your key project and learnings to a leadership panel and receive a GFLP Certificate as an endorsement. You will also be evaluated for a full-time conversion opportunity.
