Hepmil Creators' Network (HCN) is a social commerce-focused MCN agency that connects brands with top TikTok creators in Southeast Asia. We offer an all-in-one KOL service, from data-driven KOL selection to campaign management, helping brands reach a young Millennial and Gen Z audience and grow revenue through their highly engaged content.
HCN is currently present in 6 countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, with a portfolio of more than 2,000 creators across multiple categories.
We provide creators with access to training, resources, and opportunities to collaborate with brands, helping them grow their businesses and careers while increasing their social commerce revenue.
Working time: 09:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri, Work from home on friday)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design creative assets for social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Support the development of campaign visuals for influencer marketing, social commerce, and branded content projects.
- Create key visual concepts, social posts, banners, presentations, and marketing materials for both internal and external use.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists, Account Managers, Content Creators, and Business teams to translate ideas into engaging visual executions.
- Assist in photo editing, image retouching, and preparation of creative assets for campaigns and presentations.
- Stay updated on design trends, social media trends, creator content, and digital culture to continuously improve creative output.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Support ad-hoc creative projects and internal branding initiatives when required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Third-year/Fourth-year students or fresh graduates in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Digital Arts, or related fields.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or Canva is a strong advantage.
- A portfolio showcasing creative and design work is required.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and understanding of design principles.
- Passion for social media, creator economy, influencer marketing, and digital content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
- Open-minded, creative, and proactive in problem-solving.
