ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, responsible for owning visual design needs for the Functional Food and Skincare business lines — from daily digital content and print/packaging materials to branding and identity work for new product launches. As Onera continues to build and launch new products across both business lines, this role needs someone who can move fast between day-to-day content needs and larger, more strategic branding projects.
Daily activities include designing assets for social media, ads, and other digital needs; producing print/packaging designs that meet consumer-health product standards and regulations; and contributing to visual identity development for new product launches, from concept through final execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design visual assets for digital needs (social media, ads, web) and print/packaging for the Functional Food and Skincare lines
- Develop branding and visual identity for new product launches, including logos, packaging, and brand guidelines
- Translate briefs from the marketing/product team into design output that fits each business line's brand voice and target audience
- Use AI design tools (Midjourney, Photoshop AI, and similar) to speed up concept exploration and asset production
- Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints (digital and print) for each brand
- Collaborate with the content, video editor, and performance marketing teams to keep all visual materials aligned
- Manage design files and the asset library so they're easy for the team to access and reuse
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showing branding/identity work, not just day-to-day content
- Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or equivalent)
- Comfortable and active in using AI design tools (Midjourney, Photoshop AI, or similar) in your workflow
- Experience designing across multiple media — digital, print, and packaging
- Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in consumer goods, skincare, functional food, or FMCG industries, along with a basic understanding of consumer-health packaging standards (e.g. BPOM labeling requirements), is a plus
