Job description for Graphic Designer at Alamii Food
This role is responsible for creating impactful visual designs across digital and offline channels to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations. From social media content and campaign visuals to POSM, booth designs, and motion graphics, you'll help bring the Alamii Sweets brand to life through engaging and consistent creative execution.
The ideal candidate has a strong visual sense, keeps up with design trends, and is able to turn ideas into compelling creative assets while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand activations.
- Design Point of Sales Materials (POSM), including displays, banners, standees, shelf talkers, wobblers, and other promotional materials.
- Develop creative assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and offline events.
- Create booth designs, event visuals, and simple 3D mockups (SketchUp or similar software is a plus).
- Produce motion graphics and simple animations for digital marketing and social media.
- Ensure all creative assets are aligned with the brand identity and delivered according to project timelines.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute campaign ideas.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate revisions when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in FMCG, retail, food & beverage, or a creative agency.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Experience with SketchUp or other 3D visualization software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, branding, and print production.
- A strong portfolio showcasing campaign creatives, social media content, POSM, and motion graphics
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing for both digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Ability to create motion graphics and simple video animations.
- Experience designing POSM, event materials, and exhibition or booth visuals.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and project prioritization skills.
