The Graphic Designer supports the Digital Marketing Team in the planning, execution, and editing of all approved marketing collaterals. Responsible to produce timely quality output suitable for platform and social media campaign requirements.
Graphic Designer
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Edits all creative shots as needed for any campaign or marketing collateral
• Edits all product shots as many as needed to meet the prescribed standards of the brand
• Provides high-quality and timely design for any marketing collateral (offline and online)
• Flexibly work on different types of creative projects, ranging but not limited to graphic design, website design elements, product assets and support for various marketing campaigns and initiatives for the clients.
• Handle static and motion design assets, including landing pages, ad creatives, social media posts, email newsletters, presentations, and other various print and digital marketing collaterals
• Generate fresh ideas and concepts, and design creative assets for in-house digital marketing
• Ability to work collaboratively with the rest of the marketing team, and take on works-in-progress from other designers if needed, while ensuring a consistent and cohesive look
• Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, and trends in the design field, particularly relevant to advertising, social media, website design and marketing
• Translate business goals into effective and aesthetically standout output with great visual and click appeal, designed for specific target audiences
• Strong work ethic with follow through to complete campaign deliverables within set timeframes and deadlines
• Consistent with design quality and standards
• Collaborative, communicative and flexible to feedback
• Shows initiative and has the ability to work remotely with little or no supervision
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
Must have experience using these software:
• 2-3 years of experience as a professional working with a digital agency or similar
• Skillful and artistic use of design elements and principles to create professional brand and marketing campaigns with stunning graphic design applications
• Ability to simply translate design briefs and ideas into creative output through one’s own research, suggestions and interpretation
• Well-organized and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with varied delivery schedules
• Highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite applications
• Willingness to learn new skills and study new tools needed for creative projects
• Equipment fit for accomplishing graphic design tasks, plus strong internet connection for effective file sharing, meetings and team collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the design field
• Exemplary portfolio of previous work experience demonstrating technical and artistic skill and eye for great design
