Job description for Graphic Designer at RateS
- Work closely with the Marketing Team (& other internal teams) to produce new ideas for creative campaigns, promotional campaigns and any other marketing communications
- Work with our in-house creative team to develop creative digital assets for our marketing channels (social media, EDMs, offline, website, presentations, infographics, campaign banners etc.)
- Implement brand standards and guidelines to ensure all outputs are brand appropriate, consistent and high quality.
- Continue to improve and optimize all creative deliverables based on past learnings, as well as to create best practices as golden standards of creative executions for all visuals, from in-app assets to social media
- Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing trends
- A strong sense of visual aesthetic
- Creative and passionate about the design field
- Independent, resourceful, has high initiative and is a self-driven person
- Highly organized and possess an attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting a high level of production standards and volume
- Have a strong drive for self-improvement, willingness to learn new things, and have an open mind to accept critique
- Interested in learning about startup marketing strategy
- A team player; willing to step out of your comfort zone and core responsibilities to get things done
- Flexible, Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity
- 3+ years of relevant working experience
- Possess any design-related degree or diploma
- Proficient in Adobe softwares (Photoshop, Illustrator) - we use Figma!
- Possess graphic design knowledge; good colour theory, hierarchy, alignment, contrast, balance, composition layout, etc.
- A portfolio featuring past works
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Motion graphics, sound and video-editing; Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition
- Creative copywriting skills
- Experience in tech-related startups
- Experience in an agency
