Job description for Graphic Designer at MIFX Indonesia
- Participate in creative ideation
- Develop creative ideas and concepts for various visual communication materials based on theme and brief (social media posts, digital ads, print ads, email communication, app notifications, etc.)
- Create visual concepts that identify a product or convey a message
- Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials
- Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style, and submitting them for approval
- Collaborate with marketing to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- 2-3 years of design/digital design experience within a creative environment (preferably in digital media)
- Excellent creative and graphic design skills with a good awareness of typography rules
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Photoshop, illustrator, and After Effects)
- Able to work independently and work in a team
- Up-to-date knowledge of current trends in the creative marketing field
- Ability to engage empathetically with colleagues during the creative process
- Attention to details especially on layout and proofread before delivery of work
- Good understanding of design process and good sense of style
- Digital savvy (actively using Instagram, TikTok, or Youtube will be an advantage)
