Responsibilities :
- Develop creative and visually appealing designs for various digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, marketing materials, websites, advertisements, brochures, and more.
- Design engaging graphics for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring each design is optimized for the respective platform.
- Ensure consistency of visual identity across all designs, adhering to established brand guidelines and maintaining a cohesive look and feel for the company.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements, objectives, and target audience to create effective visuals.
- Keep up with current design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure designs are fresh, relevant, and innovative.
Qualifications: - Minimum 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience (freelance or in-house). Experience with both digital and print design is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design tools such as Canva or Figma. Knowledge of motion graphics software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including examples of branding, digital design, social media graphics, and print materials.
- Ability to come up with innovative and out-of-the-box design solutions that communicate the message effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all design elements are visually consistent and error-free.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
- Knowledge of creating and maintaining consistent visual identities and brand guidelines across various media.
- Understanding of how to create engaging graphics tailored for social media platforms, optimizing designs for each platform's specifications.
