Job description for Graphic Designer at DeliDiet

Job Description:
· Developing and presenting design concepts and finalized ideas at internal meetings
· Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts
· Managing the execution of all creative deliverables in line with project schedule and deadlines
· Regularly monitoring user analytics and using these insights to drive strategies to improve customer engagement
· Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions, identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions
· Liaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure proofs are of good quality and in line with production specifications
Requirements:
· 23-30 years old
· Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design or other similar field
· Having at least 1 or 2 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer or any related field
· Good English in oral and written
· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effect is a must
· Have a strong understanding of design thinking process and have a user-centric mindset
· Have a strong design aesthetics, and willing to learn and have the ability to translate constructive criticisms into improvement opportunities
· Have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
· Have a high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Tech-savvy and up-to-date on current trends
· Comfortable working in a fast pace environment and start-up culture
· Pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
