We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our growing team in Bali. This is a full-time role for a creative individual who can combine strong design skills with content creation to help bring our brands to life across digital, print, social media, events, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly organised, creative, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
Location: Ungasan, Bali, Indonesia
Working: Monday to Saturday
Position: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media graphics, marketing materials, promotional assets, menus, signage, posters, and event collateral.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Capture photo and video content across venues, events, and brand activations.
- Edit short-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with content planning, campaign execution, and brand development.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Create graphics for advertising, email marketing, websites, and promotional campaigns.
- Organise and manage creative assets and content libraries.
- Work closely with management and marketing teams to deliver projects on schedule.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Content Creator, or similar creative role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience editing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- CapCut or canva only experience will not be considered.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with photography and videography.
- Ability to operate professional cameras and basic content creation equipment.
- Good understanding of social media trends and platform requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Must own an iPhone.
- Valid motorbike licence and access to a motorbike.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, fitness, tourism, surf, or event brands.
- Motion graphics and animation experience.
- Drone experience.
- Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars.
- Basic website design experience is a bonus.
