Job description
Graphic Designer Responsibilities :
· Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end
· Collaborate with a cross-functional team
· Execute on deadlines while managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced startup environment
· Support all marketing and social media needs and work with our program teams to deliver materials
· Create campaigns and presentations needed by the team
· Create a Cross-Channel Visual Strategy
· Present work and articulate rationale for design decisions
Graphic Designer Requirements :
· Student/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design qualification or similar
· Strong understanding of visual elements (color, layout, type and fonts)
· Ability to understand the brand identity and consistently create graphics that represent it
· Excellent knowledge of key social media platforms
· Ability to work collaboratively
· A keen eye for detail with creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
· Understand project requirements / concepts and how they connect back to a larger strategy
· Ability to come up with design concepts and ideas for how to best visualize complex concepts and ideas
