Job Descriptions
- Support the creation of visual design solutions that fulfill the needs of the company’s Business Units while maintaining visual impact and consistency with the company’s brand direction.
- Assist in developing visual designs for the company’s overall communication and business needs.
- Work with a wide variety of products and marketing materials.
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts based on the company’s design guidelines and brand standards.
- Assist in developing design briefs by gathering information and conducting research.
- Support the visual design execution process from concept development to final output, including print and production preparation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality design delivery.
Requirements
- Final year student or fresh graduate from Design, Visual Communication Design, Creative Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Strong interest in graphic design, branding, retail, and visual communication.
- Good eye for simple, clean, and aesthetically strong design.
- Detail-oriented with good visual taste and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Skills in Photography and Motion Graphics would be an advantage.
- Interest in design, lifestyle, fashion, or watches is preferable.
- Creative, proactive, highly motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to commit to the internship period according to company requirements.
- Portfolio submission is required (academic, personal, freelance, or organizational projects are welcome).
