Job description for Graphic Design & Edit Intern at Dm&c Co. , Ltd
I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
Video Editing
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for internal communications, events, campaigns, presentations, and social media.
• Handle basic video post-production.
• Adapt video content into different formats and dimensions depending on the communication channel.
• Support filming and content production activities when required.
Graphic Design
• Design visual materials such as: Posters and banners Event materials Digital signage / TV screen content Social media visuals Presentation graphics Internal communication materials
• Develop creative layouts while maintaining consistency with existing brand guidelines.
• Resize and adapt existing designs for different platforms and purposes.
Team & Project Support
• Work closely with team members to understand project requirements and translate ideas into visual content.
• Support brainstorming and development of creative concepts for team projects and events.
• Organize and maintain video, photo, design files, and other creative assets.
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure assigned tasks are completed according to agreed timelines.
II. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
• University/College student or fresh graduate in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, Communication, Marketing, Film/Video Production, or related fields.
• Able to work full-time.
• Basic to intermediate experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Familiar with some relevant tools.
• Good visual sense in terms of layout, typography, color, composition, and video pacing.
• Able to understand a brief and turn it into appropriate visual content.
• Willing to learn, receive feedback, and make revisions.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Phụ cấp TTS: 4.900.000 Gross/ 1 tháng
• Được về sớm 30 phút vào ngày làm việc cuối cùng mỗi tháng.
