Job description
As a global market entry operational officer, you will be assigned to help the team in engaging with potential international clients and partners as well as helping the preparation from scratch. You will also be in an active coordination with the team in Indonesia, Belgium, and USA. The daily tasks will revolve around:
- Handling the daily operation of the unit and necessary administration.
- Building, validating, maintaining database.
- Handling coordination with stakeholders (vendors, producers, buyers, government agencies, and other related institutions).
- Assisting the team in creating a global market entry strategy and the execution.
- Assisting the team to execute the projects related to the company’s activities.
- Assisting the team in international sales activities including correspondence with relevant international stakeholders.
As for the criteria, we will expect you to be:
- A fresh graduate of business-related major (not a must) with a willingness to learn and explore (a must),
- Initiative, risk-taker, and function well under pressure,
- Excellent business English is a must,
- Having marketing and international marketing experience is a plus,
- Flexible and adaptive,
- Adventurous, as Adhyata is a newly established company (in 2019) we are still exploring many things and opportunities and we would like you to involve in the process.
