Requirement :
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and guide customers by using particular features
- Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Inform customers on any new features and its functions
- Conduct after sales services
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Job Description :
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in another language is a plus (except English & Indonesia)
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role is a plus
- Freshgraduate are welcome to apply
- Familiar with Travel industry is a plus
- Able to use computer
- Experienced in using help desk software and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking ability
- Have a good patience and tolerance when handling rough cases
- Willing to be placed in North Jakarta
