Responsibilities
1. Strategic duties
- Managing complex strategic assignments
- Ensure that CRM implementation is done in full consideration of business strategies and IT strategy
- Consult the company on strategic CRM development
- Participation in all relevant strategic projects
2. Operational duties
- Internal consultant for all business units and the Coordination Board
- Partial and overall responsibility for the development and implementation of a replacement CRM system
- Develop project plans based on business requirements using standard methodology
- Review and structure change requests and create development tasks
- Work closely with internal and external developers to optimize our users' CRM experience
- Resource planning and management for continued development of the platform
- Analyzing and fixing bugs and creating concepts for necessary software adjustments
- Work in close collaboration with stakeholders within the Rieckermann Group as an interface between business and IT
- Take proactive effort in developing proposals for continuous optimization of development processes according to Lean Six Sigma
- Preparation and implementation of rollouts in all Rieckermann business units
- Conducting internal training on the use of the platform in all business units
3. IT Security
- Ensuring the availability, confidentiality and integrity of the CRM data
- Support in defining an access concept according to need-to-know
- Monitor the provider SLA in terms of availability and integrity
- Monitor compliance of Rieckermann IT security policies in the case of migrations and extensions
- Ensure compliance with all ethical guidelines of the Rieckermann Group
Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the described area of responsibility
- Track record in CRM implementation projects (programming not required)
- Hands-on experience applying Lean Six Sigma and Kanban methodologies (certification preferred)
- Relevant work experience in an international organization, working in a decentralized team
- Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and Salesforce implementation is a plus
- Professional experience in project planning and management using standard methodologies (certification preferred)
- Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Good requirement specific skills combined with accurate time effort estimates
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders within the project
- Strong ability to facilitate in teams and workshops
- Empathic, winning, proactive and professionally persuasive personality
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
