OB DESCRIPTION/ MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
– Organize the implementation of the General Manager’s and Owner’s resolutions and decisions;
Tổ chức thực hiện nghị quyết, quyết định của Tổng giám đốc, Chủ sở hữu;
– Decide on issues related to the company’s business activities;
Quyết định các vấn đề liên quan đến hoạt động kinh doanh của công ty;
– Organize the implementation of the company’s business plan and investment plan;
Tổ chức thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh và phương án đầu tư của công ty;
– Representing the company in the negotiation and signing of economic contracts
Đại diện công ty đàm phán, ký kết các hợp đồng kinh tế
– Can represent the General Manager to work with foreign partners of the company;
Có thể thay mặt Tổng Giám Đốc để đại diện công ty làm việc với các đối tác nước ngoài của công ty;
– Taking the company to participate in exhibitions and fairs abroad; Establishing relationships with trade promotion organizations in France and French-speaking countries
Đưa công ty đi tham gia các triển lãm hội chợ tại nước ngoài; Thiết lập mối quan hệ với các tổ chức xúc tiến thương mại tại Pháp và các nước nói tiếng Pháp;
– Creating an official relationship between the company and European trade promotion organizations such as EBN, Eurocham, SME2B, and EEN (Enterprise Europe Network);
Thiết lập mối quan hệ chính thức giữa công ty với các tổ chức xúc tiến thương mại tại châu Âu như EBN, Eurocham, SME2B, EEN (Enterprise Europe Network);
– Make the company a member of the CCI De France organization.
Đưa công ty trở thành thành viên của tổ chức CCI De France.
– Bring the company to become an honorary member of the French Chamber of Commerce and European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam.
Đưa công ty trở thành thành viên danh dự của French Chamber of Commerce và European Chamber of Commerce tại Việt Nam.
– Proposing an organizational structure plan for the company;
Kiến nghị phương án cơ cấu tổ chức công ty;
– Proposing a plan to use profits or deal with losses in business;
Kiến nghị phương án sử dụng lợi nhuận hoặc xử lý lỗ trong kinh doanh;
– Under the direction of the Owner, recruit, sign labor contracts with employees, and sign service contracts with partners and customers;
Tuyển dụng, ký kết hợp đồng lao động với người lao động và ký các hợp đồng dịch vụ với đối tác, khách hàng theo sự chỉ đạo của Chủ Sở Hữu;
– Other rights and obligations are subject to the Legal Representative’s responsibility and the labor contract signed with the company.
Quyền và nghĩa vụ khác thuộc trách nhiệm của Đại Diện Pháp Luật và hợp đồng lao động ký kết với công ty.

REQUIREMENT/ YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
– Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Manager in one of the following fields: management consulting, marketing consulting, promoting services in foreign and Vietnamese markets, and assisting the General Manager. In the absence of the General Manager, the General Manager performs daily tasks in support of the company’s business activities;
Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm làm việc trên 05 năm tại vị trí Nhà quản lý tại một trong lĩnh vực như tư vấn quản lý, tư vấn marketing, quảng bá dịch vụ tại thị trường nước ngoài và Việt Nam, cũng như hỗ trợ Tổng giám đốc thực hiện các công việc thường ngày phục vụ cho hoạt động kinh doanh của công ty khi Tổng giám đốc vắng mặt;
– Bachelor’s degree in one of the majors in Economics or Marketing;
Bằng cử nhân ở một trong các ngành chuyên ngành kinh tế, marketing;
– French language proficiency equivalent to native speakers or DALF C2 French certificate or higher and understanding of business culture of France and French-speaking countries.
Trình độ tiếng Pháp tương đương người bản xứ hoặc có chứng chỉ tiếng pháp DALF C2 trở lên và am hiểu văn hoá kinh doanh của Pháp và các nước nói tiếng Pháp.
-Having experience working in trade promotion organizations in France and being a member of the Business Association in France for at least 3 recent years
Có kinh nghiệm làm việc các tổ chức xúc tiến thương mại tại Pháp và là thành viên của Hiệp hội doanh nhân tại Pháp tối thiểu 3 năm gần đây
-Requires a minimum of 5 years of working in France or French-speaking countries
Có thời gian làm việc tối thiểu 5 năm tại Pháp hoặc các nước nói tiếng Pháp
