We are looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead and manage our Bistro & Coffee operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Manager/GM in F&B, restaurant, café, or coffee shop industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant and coffee shop operations.
- Able to manage team performance, sales targets, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Service-oriented and target-driven.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with good communication skills.
- Placement: Ubud, Gianyar, Bali
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily outlet operations.
- Ensure service and product quality meet company standards.
- Lead, manage, and develop the team.
- Create strategies to increase sales and customer experience.
- Control operational costs and team productivity.
- Prepare operational reports for management.
