Glints is looking for a General Manager whose mission is to grow its Vietnam business and scale revenues by 10 times in the next 2 years and to build in strong systems and foundations for long term sustainable growth. Outcomes you will be responsible for:
- Manage Vietnam Business: Lead the recruitment, sales and marketing team to scale annual revenue >3 times yearly in the next 2 years
- Top-grade Organization Development: Structure and build the various team structures and fill key roles with A players (Candidates who has at least a 90 percent chance of achieving a set of outcomes that only the top 10 percent of possible candidates could achieve)
- Performance Management: Instill high standards and ensure high performance amongst all teams
- Cross functional collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with VP Marketing to project top of funnel needs and to develop marketing plans to effectively acquire the requisite number of businesses and candidates to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate effectively with VP HR to project expansion manpower needs and to scale sales and client success teams necessary to achieve revenue target
- Collaborate effectively with VP Finance to project budget needs and to build profitable foundations for the business

- Proven managerial and executive skills sets (Led teams before successfully)
- Proven experience in scaling teams
- Experience leading top-line targets of at least US$300K a month / Gross Profits of US$150K a month
- Experience leading and working in a tech startup
- Demonstrated track record of excellence in career
- Nice to Haves
- Similar managerial role in Tech Centaur/Unicorn companies in SEA
- Experience in Vietnam market
- Experience / familiarity with recruitment / HR industry
