HR Bilingual (English & Indonesian) Job Description
We are a Chinese factory in Tangerang hiring experienced bilingual HR fluent in English & Indonesian.
Manage full recruitment, staff attendance, entry-exit and employee files.
Provide English-Indonesian translation for meetings and daily factory communication.
Handle staff welfare, discipline, complaints and all employee relations work.
Assist Chinese managers with HR data, reports and daily admin tasks.
Follow local labor regulations to standardize factory HR management.
Must have professional HR working experience, factory HR background preferred.
Fluent oral & written English and Indonesian, independent bilingual work ability.
Detail-oriented, responsible, good communication and problem-solving skills.
