- Maintenance company inventory assets and administrative management.
- Create purchase requisition, purchase order.
- Stationaries and kitchen supplies administration.
- Reimburse (hotel, ticket, maintenance fee) depend on company, some company will handle by finance admin or assistant.
- GA Admin reporting.
- Other task that assign by superior.
- Asset inventory management.
- Hotel, ticket arrangement.
- Office Rent, apartment rent, and maintain administrative.
- Education Minimum S1 any major
- Have experience in General Affairs of at least 3 years
- Accustomed to handling vehicles, maintenance building or engineering and utility
- Accustomed to making reports (very important because you will be responsible for audit preparation)
- Have relations with related vendor
- Have skill in Microsoft Office (specialize in Excel and understand Excel Formula)
