Job description for General Admin at Hit Club
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Handle office petty cash, budgeting, and bookkeeping procedures
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Responsible in database management and CRM program
- Assist in the advancement of project management processes and their execution.
- Developing partnership with online food ordering (Grabfood, Gofood, Shopeefood, etc)
- Full responsibility in handling direct complain through company WA
- Responsible for HIT Customer Service program
- Manage office helper to maintain office facilities
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Asisstant or relevant role
- Familiarity with office equipment, including printers, wifi
- Knowledge of office policies and procedures
- Experience with office management tools (Google Workspace)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
- Minimum diploma graduate; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus
