Job description for Game Community Manager at Neko Global
Responsibilities:
- Build plans for community development and engagement of Nekoverse in Discord, Twitter and Telegram.
- Work closely with the Chief of Growth to creatively create marketing campaigns, giveaways, and other community events.
- Manage, and lead community executives to deliver plan and KPI's
- Engage daily with community members in Discord, Twitter and Telegram to foster community's sentiment and growth
- Award prizes, gifts and other incentives when appropriate.
- Collect user feedback from the community and share it with internal functional partners
- Act as a source of knowledge, support, and escalation for community moderators
- Contribute to the learning and success of your team, and the company, by sharing knowledge through mentorship, collaboration, and aiding in documentation
- Work with our Community Team to provide crypto-related content for social media posts (Telegram, Twitter) targeting global audiences.
- Work directly with Data Engineers and Developers to create analytic tools within the product.
Requirement:
- Impeccable written and spoken English
- 1+ years experience in running GameFi/Crypto Community or similar projects.
- Experience using Telegram, Discord, and Trello or Jira in a professional setting
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage a large number of tasks per day
- A relentlessly positive attitude
- Willingness to be a team player and go the extra mile
- Knowledge and passion for NFT, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency. Having experience investing in cryptocurrencies is a plus.
- Research and analytical skills. Data analysis experience is a plus
- Critical-thinking and analytical mindset.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
