📢 We're Hiring : Functional Analyst (SCM)
📍 Location: Karawaci - Tangerang Selatan (WFO)

🔶 Level : Middle (2-4 years experience)
🔷 Language Requirement: Full Professional Fluency in English (Written & Verbal)
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Support data migration processes for ERP implementation
- Handle, clean, and validate large datasets using Excel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, etc.)
- Assist in ensuring data accuracy and smooth system transition
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
- Proven track record with 3 years of experience in Data Analyst, specifically in data mapping, migration, and cut-over activities.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (internship, project, or hands-on) is a strong advantage
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, ROUND, etc.) — this is a must Experience or understanding of data migration processes
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems & business processes (finance, procurement, logistics, healthcare is a plus)
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills
