We are looking for a Telesales Agent to acquire commercial customers for electricity plans through outbound calls. You will be responsible for explaining electricity plans clearly, handling objections, and successfully converting leads into completed contracts.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential commercial customers to introduce and promote electricity plans
Explain electricity plans clearly to customers to help them understand benefits and options
Handle customer objections effectively to address concerns and move towards closing sales
Convert leads into completed contracts by guiding customers through the sales process
Collaborate closely with a supervisor to learn sales techniques and product knowledge through provided training
