Job description for Full Stack Digital Marketing at Mimai Agency

€25K to €500K revenue growth in 24 months. 100K newsletter subscribers in 6 months. €100M+ processed through a fintech app we scaled from launch. These aren't projections - they're documented results from our leadership team's European portfolio serving SMEs, corporates, and institutional clients.

Mimai is now establishing its digital marketing practice in Bali, combining two decades of strategic expertise with local market execution. We're looking for a Freelance Full Stack Digital Marketing who understands that performance marketing is a discipline, not a playground - someone ready to apply rigorous methodology to a growing client portfolio across B2B and B2C sectors.

HARD SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 3+ years hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads required; TikTok Ads is a plus)
  • Proven track record with measurable ROAS
  • Google Analytics 4 and Meta Business Suite proficiency
  • Landing page creation and conversion optimization
  • SEO strategy and technical implementation
  • Email marketing platforms and Marketing automations
  • CMS proficiency (WordPress, Shopify, Lovable, or similar)
  • AI ChatBot Prompting
  • A/B testing methodology and data analysis
  • Budget management and performance reporting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and lead Marketing Strategic Plans for Clients and our agency too
  • Setup, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Develop GEO/SEO/SEM strategies for client websites and platforms
  • Create and optimize landing pages for campaigns
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and automation flows
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Prepare monthly client reports with KPI analysis
  • Collaborate with a graphic designer and a social media specialist
  • Stay updated on platform changes and industry best practices
