Hiring Requirements: Full Stack Developer
Role Description
You will be stationed in an edge team that possesses similar traits to Research and Development. The team is responsible for building a path toward a specific goal or state and is not necessarily required to invent something new. Reusing and improving existing approaches will be the most common type of work you will face.
The team consists of people with software engineering, UX research, and product management backgrounds. However, each member's role (including yours) is somewhat unique, as we handle the end-to-end process from research, requirement gathering, design (if necessary), development, deployment, and communication with stakeholders. Officially, we call this role AiO (All in One).
Our team adopts these five core principles that we strictly follow:
- No one has all the answers individually. We succeed by combining our knowledge.
- Data and user feedback drive our decisions, not assumptions.
- We experiment quickly, gather feedback, and adjust based on results.
- We build the minimum viable solution first, then improve it based on what we learn.
- No MVP stays as an MVP forever. It should evolve into a better version or be sunsetted entirely.
At the moment, we are looking for someone with a Full Stack background to join our team and help solve a variety of unique problems and challenges.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience (maximum) as a Full Stack Developer in an environment where you are required to move between different projects or domains.
- Familiar with AWS and serverless infrastructures such as Fly.io or Vercel.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with curiosity to understand the full context before proposing solutions, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willing to work onsite in Sleman, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Candidates already domiciled in Yogyakarta are preferred.
