Job Description
Participate in requirement, design, implementation, testing and support of custom digital solutions, which include features enhancements, new functionalities, front and back-end systems integration.
Collaboration with customers to prepare technical specifications, include maintenance and build website and data server.
Interact with subject matter experts (functional & technical) to understand business requirements and technology architecture of the applications accordingly.
Contribute to code reviews for quality assurance and conformance to standards / guidelines.
Provide technical guidance and lead/develop team members.
Assist in infrastructure & system software setup for development and testing environments.
Ensure timely completion of tasks delegated.
Manage and optimize all online sales channels, including marketplace platforms and social commerce, to maximize visibility, conversion, and sales performance
Lead campaign and product launch excellence, ensuring strong planning, execution, and post-campaign evaluation across channels
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and consistent brand presence online
Develop and maintain e-commerce websites and apps.
Payment gateway and ERP integration.
UI/UX optimization.
Database and server management.
API integration for system automation.
Ensure security and scalability.
Develop SEO, SEM, and other Google tools.
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications across front-end and back-end components.
Translate product or business requirements into practical and functional technical solutions.
Build responsive and maintainable front-end interfaces using modern frameworks.
Develop back-end services, APIs, and database integrations to support system functionality.
Use AI tools (e.g., code assistants, research tools, debugging tools) judiciously to increase development speed and code quality.
Conduct technical research to evaluate tools, frameworks, and approaches when solving new or unfamiliar problems.
Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code that aligns with internal standards.
Collaborate with team members on system design, implementation, debugging, and optimization.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and workflows.
Troubleshoot issues across the stack and propose practical, scalable solutions.
Support continuous system improvement over short-term fixes.
Job Requirements
Degree in Computer Sciences / Software Engineering / Information Technology.
·Have professional experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Weblogic, Hibernate
At least 3 years of working experience in Next, Java EE development (preferably in fashion industry).
Individual that is optimistic, proactive, good initiative, passionate, strives to achieve more as a team, and able to motivate others.
Understand design documentation standards such as Unified Modeling Language.
Experience in various Java EE frameworks and design patterns.
Exposure in Next Js, Jason, and Java EE MVC frameworks such as Apache Struts / Apache Struts 2.
Involved in implementing applications leverages on various Java EE services including but not limited to Enterprise Java Bean, Java Database Connectivity, and Java Messaging Services.
Experience in IBM WebSphere Application Server / Oracle WebLogic / Oracle Database Server with SQL/PL-SQL programming.
Good verbal and written communication in English, technical, analytical, troubleshooting and consultative skills. Proficiency in National Language will be an added advantage.
Ability to cope with tight deadlines and adhere to the delivery plan.
Ability and willingness to travel within the region.
Strong and comprehensive understanding of website / apps & e-commerce operations, including social commerce (TikTok Shop, Instagram, etc.)
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Basic but solid understanding of P&L management and commercial decision-making
Comfortable with rapid experimentation, embracing new ideas, tools, and strategies to drive performance and growth
Proficient in Next.js, PHP, HTML, Laravel, Flutter.
MySQL, SQL/NoSQL/AWS/Azure.
Experience integrating ERP/CRM systems.
Experience working as a Full Stack Developer.
Proficient in using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vite, or similar).
Experience in back-end development (e.g., Node.js, Next JS, Python, or similar).
Familiarity with APIs, databases, and basic system integration.
Previous experience with PostgreSQL is a plus.
Ability to understand, navigate, and extend existing code databases.
Understanding the fundamentals of DevOps, deployment processes, or cloud environments.
Experience improving workflows or systems beyond assigned coding tasks
