Vitruvian Pilates Bali is looking for a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Front Office team member to provide exceptional customer service and support the daily operations of our studio. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, has strong administrative skills, and is passionate about creating a positive client experience.
Qualifications
Minimum High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Receptionist, Customer Service, Administration, or Hospitality (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital systems.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients with a warm and professional attitude.
Manage studio bookings, memberships, and client inquiries.
Handle payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
Support daily administrative and operational activities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Coordinate with instructors and other departments to ensure smooth studio operations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and client experience.
