Job Summary
The Front Office Specialist is the first point of contact for members and guests. This role combines front desk operations with customer service, ensuring smooth bookings, merchandise management, and a welcoming guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist members/guests, providing information and guidance.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving.
- Follow up on monthly bookings and confirmations.
- Manage and block schedules for coaching sessions and activities.
- Conduct daily stock opname for club merchandise.
- Update and maintain weekly coaching spreadsheets.
- Support administrative tasks related to bookings, payments, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless member experience.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in hotel front office, admin, or customer service is a plus.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in handling customer complaints calmly and effectively.
- Service-oriented, empathetic, and proactive in customer interactions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, booking systems, and digital tools.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable in supporting daily operations.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends.
