Job description:

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Front End Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and user experience. This role involves close collaboration with the Technical Lead, backend engineers, and UX/UI designers to build scalable, reusable, and maintainable frontend solutions. Depending on experience, the candidate may also contribute to architectural decisions and mentor other team members.

Key Responsibilities1. Frontend Development

Develop and maintain modern web applications using ReactJS and related frontend technologies.

Build responsive, scalable, and reusable UI components following best practices.

Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Follow established frontend architecture and coding standards.

Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.

2. Architecture & System Integration

Collaborate with the Technical Lead to implement Micro-Frontend architecture where applicable.

Ensure smooth communication between frontend applications and backend APIs.

Participate in system design discussions and contribute ideas to improve scalability and maintainability.

Support system testing, debugging, and issue resolution.

3. Collaboration & Development Process

Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure high product quality.

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Contribute to improving development practices and frontend performance.

Depending on experience, provide technical guidance or mentorship to other team members.

4. Other Responsibilities

Actively participate in technical discussions and propose improvements to frontend architecture and development processes.

Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality.

Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

3–5 years of professional experience in frontend development.

Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.

Solid understanding of component-based architecture and modern frontend development practices.

Familiarity with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or similar.

Experience with TypeScript is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with build tools and package managers such as Webpack, Vite, and npm/yarn.

Understanding of frontend performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good English communication skills to work effectively in an international environment.

Depending on experience, the ability to contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and mentoring is highly valued.

Preferred:

Experience working with Micro-Frontend architecture.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.

Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to enhance productivity.

Experience working on large-scale or high-security applications (e.g., fintech, banking, or government projects).

Benefits

Competitive salary: 30 – 50+ Million VND (negotiable based on experience)

Working hours: Monday – Friday (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)
