Job description for Front Desk at Toko Rumahan Indonesia

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

• Menyambut pelanggan, memberikan informasi layanan (Cuci, Detailing, Servis), dan menginput pesanan ke dalam antrean sistem POS.

• Menyiapkan tagihan (invoice) setelah menerima notifikasi 'Selesai & Lulus QC' dari tim lapangan.

• Memproses dan menerima pembayaran akhir (tunai/non-tunai) dari pelanggan.

• Menyerahkan struk pembayaran beserta kunci mobil, serta melakukan rekapitulasi kas harian.

Kualifikasi:

– Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK atau sederajat (lulusan D3 dipersilakan melamar).

– Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Kasir atau posisi Customer Facing / Front Desk.

– Mahir mengoperasikan sistem Point of Sales (POS) dan perangkat pembayaran (mesin EDC, QRIS).

– Kemampuan komunikasi yang ramah, sopan, dan berorientasi pada pelayanan prima.

– Teliti, cekatan, dan jujur dalam menangani transaksi keuangan (tunai maupun nontunai).

– Mampu menangani antrean pelanggan dengan tenang pada jam operasional sibuk.

– Disiplin, berpenampilan rapi, dan memiliki etos kerja yang baik.
