Responsibility:
Friendly and good customer service to patients in clinics and answering calls
Appointment scheduling & registration of patients using clinic computer software, accepting payment and invoice
Maintain cleanliness of clinic at all times
Provide assistance to company events (when necessary)
Any other ad-hoc tasks required in clinic
Maintain a professional appearance at all times
Requirement:
Min 1 year of relevant receptionist experience preferred but experience is not necessary (internal training provided)
Singaporean
Bilingual to communicate with chinese speaking patients
Service-oriented, confident and passionate to work in the healthcare industry
Team Player, able to interact with patients of all ages
Possess good communication and interpersonal skill
Ability to be proactive when issues arise
Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to
prioritize tasks
Others:
$11/hour
Working hours 10am to 8pm, 2x meal breaks
2-4 Working Days / Week
Must be able to commit to 1 weekend
