As a Front Desk Receptionist at Pink Hotels, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure, managing guest reservations, maintaining accurate records, and handling inquiries promptly and efficiently. You will also assist in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Your ability to engage positively with guests and provide excellent customer service will be essential. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and have a solid understanding of hotel reception processes.
We are seeking candidates who possess a minimum of SMA/SMK educational qualification and have between one and three years of experience in customer service roles.
