Job description for Front Desk Receptionist (excel) at PT. URBAN PADEL INDONESIA

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers (members & non-members)

- Handle check-in & court bookings

- Operate booking system (Reclub)

- Process payments & manage cashier duties

- Input data and prepare simple daily reports (Excel)

- Respond to WhatsApp & phone inquiries

- Coordinate with hosts and operations team

- Maintain a professional and organized front desk area

Requirements:

- Male preferred

- Well-groomed, communicative, and customer-oriented

- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented

- Able to operate Microsoft Excel (intermediate)

- Familiar with booking/POS applications (e.g., Reclub)

- Familiar with WhatsApp Business & Instagram

- Willing to work night shifts & rotating shifts

- Able to communicate in English is a plus
