General Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a background in freight forwarding or logistics being a huge plus.
• A proven track record of bringing in new clients and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
• Solid understanding of the freight forwarding industry and the current market landscape.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and growing company environment.
