Job description for Freelance Human Capital Operations Intermediate at Glovory
- Running day-to-day Human Capital Operation activities (Attendees, Payroll, Administrations, etc).
- Develop and implement Human Capital SOP and Policies throughout the Company.
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status in our HRIS.
- Maintain all assets list and distribution throughout the Company.
- Assist users in order to do validation data regarding the time tracking spent for each employee.
- Running Employee Event regularly.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resource/Human Capital area.
- BSc/BA in Human Reource Management, Business, Psychology, Accounting or a related field is preffered.
- Experience in startup or Technology Industry is a advantage.
- A strong team player and an initiator, well-organized, resourceful and efficient.
- Good knowledge in Indonesian Labor Law (Having knowledge in international labor law will be a huge advantage).
- Familiar with online productivity tools (eg Google Sheet, Notion, Everhour, etc)
- Good English written and oral.
- Good learning curve.
- Having attention in detail is a must.
- Honest and can keep classified information as per the access level.
