Job description for Freelance Finance & Accounting at PT. LPR Works Indonesia

About the role

We are a growing gadget accessories company seeking a hands-on Finance & Tax to manage daily finance operations, basic tax compliance, and marketplace reconciliation in a fast-moving environment.

Key responsibilities

Record daily income, expenses, and bank transactions.
Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
Handle basic tax administration (e-Faktur, withholding tax, and monthly tax filing support).
Coordinate import documents with suppliers & forwarders
Reconcile sales and settlement reports from marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
Process refunds, returns, and after-sales related financial entries.
Support audits and maintain organized financial documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
2–5 years of relevant experience.
Familiar with Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
Understands Indonesian tax basics and e-commerce reconciliation.
Experience with import documentation is a plus.
Can write/speak basic english (Conversationally)
