Job description for Freelance Event & Partnerships Manager (Project Base) at One Beyond Borders Pte Ltd
Beyond Borders is a Singapore-based platform connecting international and Indonesian brands through our warehouse inventory system as well as curated pop-up experiences and community events.
Beyond Borders is looking for an experienced Freelance Event & Partnerships Manager (Project Based) to manage our upcoming small pop-up fashion and lifestyle event in Singapore. Venue is already secured. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the event from planning to execution :
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the event end-to-end.
- Coordinate with the venue, vendors, and suppliers.
- Source booth contractors, furniture, printing, signage and other event requirements.
- Recruit and manage event crew/manpower.
- Oversee event setup, operations, and teardown.
- Coordinate participating brands before and during the event.
- Develop and execute marketing activities to drive event attendance.
- Build partnerships with communities, media, and influencers.
- Source sponsorships and strategic partners (if possible.)
Requirements
- Experience managing pop-up events, exhibitions, bazaars especially in Fashion & Lifestyle events in Singapore.
- Well-connected with vendors, sponsors, or community partners is a plus.
- Independent, proactive, and able to solve problems on-site.
