Job Summary:
As the Foundation & Communications Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the foundation while leading its communications and outreach initiatives. You will supervise the social media and production teams, manage donor and partner relationships, coordinate reporting and financial administration, and ensure the successful execution of foundation events and programs. This role requires a highly autonomous, organized, and people-oriented professional who is equally comfortable managing operations, communications, and financial reporting.
This is a full-time position based in Bali, reporting directly to the Foundation Founder and working closely with the Marketing Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Social Media and Production team on a daily basis, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with the foundation's mission.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead to execute communication strategies and increase the foundation's visibility.
- Manage and maintain donor and partner databases, ensuring accurate records and strong long-term relationships.
- Prepare accurate monthly reports on foundation activities, donor contributions, and performance across the organization's business units.
- Coordinate closely with the accounting team to ensure financial accuracy and reporting compliance.
- Research and monitor global children's welfare topics to support the foundation's communication initiatives and educational campaigns.
- Organize and manage operational aspects of foundation events and creative workshops, including planning, coordination, logistics, and execution.
- Ensure all communications and activities reflect the foundation's values and maintain authenticity.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
- Support the growth and development of the foundation through effective project coordination, communication, and administration.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in coordination, communications, operations, NGO, foundation, hospitality, or multi-brand environments.
- Proven experience leading small teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Strong experience in reporting, data management, and working closely with accounting functions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly autonomous, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional proficiency in English and fluent/native Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in financial reporting and administration.
- Passion for children's wellbeing, education, and social impact initiatives.
- Knowledge of Bali's nonprofit, hospitality, or creative industries is an advantage.
For this position, the client’s budget is between IDR 10mio – 15mio /month
