WE ARE HIRING – FORENSICS, eDISCOVERY AND EVIDENCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALISTS

We help organisations manage their legal risk by introducing and supporting integrated solutions to conduct investigations and litigation, automate legal service workflows, and manage regulatory compliance. We take a holistic, lifecycle view to offering evidence collection and management services that support clients for disputes, regulatory responses, internal investigations.
We are based in Singapore and serve Asia. We are wholly owned by Rajah & Tann Singapore, a leading full-service law firm. We are a member of Rajah & Tann Asia, which connects over 700 lawyers across 10 countries in Asia.
We are looking for dynamic legal technology professionals to join our team.
Appointment will be commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct digital evidence assessments for early stages of investigations and cases
Conduct data preservation, collection, and processing of collected data for eDiscovery and analysis
Engage with Legal teams and clients to understand client objectives, provide advice as to the appropriate course of action
Configure, populate, and support the use of evidence review platforms including for review and production of documents
Conduct and report on data investigations according to agreed parameters and scope
Report on service activities, client interactions and conclusions of investigations
Project manage cases to ensure execution with time, quality, and budget expectations
Conduct training for clients and prepare tailored training material when required
Manage the billing cycle and billing details for engaged clients
Support continuous improvement of our processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
5 years of relevant professional experience in a legal, cybersecurity, advisory or compliance context Relevant experience and certifications in forensic data acquisition and/or eDiscovery tools
