Job description for Financial Advisor at One's Advisors

We are looking for motivated and client-focused Financial Advisors to help individuals and families achieve their financial goals. In this role, you will provide personalized financial planning solutions, build long-term client relationships, and recommend suitable financial products based on each client's needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for individual and corporate clients.

* Develop personalized financial plans covering wealth accumulation, protection, retirement, education, and legacy planning.

* Recommend suitable financial products and solutions, including insurance, investment-linked plans, savings, and retirement solutions.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

* Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.

* Review clients' financial portfolios regularly and provide ongoing advisory services.

* Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements.

* Ensure all recommendations comply with regulatory and company guidelines.

* Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

* Prior experience in financial advisory, banking, insurance, wealth management, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.

* Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

* Passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
